2.1 Physical Goods Only

JivaCasa currently sells physical products only. No digital goods or services are provided.

2.2 Orders Within India

We ship exclusively within India. Orders placed from outside India will not be processed.

2.3 Order Acceptance

Your order is considered confirmed only after we issue an order confirmation email. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion.

3.1 Pricing

Product prices are displayed inclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise specified at checkout. Any exceptions will be clearly indicated on the product or payment page.

3.2 Payment Methods

We currently accept prepaid payments through available online payment modes. Cash on Delivery (COD) is not active at this time.

3.3 Future COD Option

Once enabled, COD will be governed by the following terms:
- COD availability will depend on serviceable pin codes
- COD may include an additional handling fee
- COD orders may require phone verification
- COD orders cannot be modified after dispatch
- High-value orders may be excluded from COD
- Repeated COD cancellations may restrict future COD eligibility

4.1 Delivery Timeline

Orders are typically delivered within 7–10 days from the date of dispatch. Delivery timelines may vary based on location and courier constraints.

4.2 Delivery Partners

We ship through third-party logistics partners. Deliveries can only be made to regions accessible by our partner network.

4.3 Delays

We are not liable for delays due to courier issues, natural events, operational disruptions, or circumstances beyond our control.

5.1 Return Eligibility

We accept returns only in the following cases:
- Product received damaged
- Product defective or malfunctioning
- Wrong product delivered

5.2 Return Window

You must initiate a return request within 7 days of receiving the order.

5.3 Condition of Items

Returned products must be unused, in original packaging, and include all accessories/manuals.

5.4 Return Shipping Fees

- If the product is defective, damaged, or wrongly delivered: **JivaCasa covers the return shipping cost**.
- If the customer wants to return for non-defective reasons (change of mind, dislike, wrong purchase): **the customer bears the return shipping cost**.

5.5 Refunds

Refunds, once approved, will be processed to the original payment method. Timelines vary based on banking partners.

5.6 Non-Returnable Items

Certain categories (if applicable in the future) may be marked as non-returnable for hygiene or safety reasons.

JivaCasa currently does not provide any product warranty unless explicitly stated on the product page.

7.1 Accuracy

We strive for accuracy in product descriptions, specifications, and images. However, minor variations may occur.

7.2 Color & Material Variance

Actual product colors may differ slightly due to lighting, screen settings, and photography. Such variations do not qualify as defects.

9.1 No Indirect Liability

JivaCasa is not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from product use or website interaction.

9.2 Maximum Liability

Our total liability, in any circumstance, will not exceed the value of the product purchased.

Our Site may contain links to third-party sites. JivaCasa is not responsible for the content, practices, or security of these external platforms.

These Terms are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Gurgaon, Haryana.
